Cut & Curl organized training on hair and scalp treatment for our staff

In today’s rapidly changing world, tools, equipment, products, and knowledge within the different industries are evolving just as quickly, and the hairdressing sector is no exception. Recognizing the importance of equipping our staff with up-to-date skills and knowledge, Cut & Curl Co., Ltd. (“Cut & Curl” or the “Company”) has organized a training program aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our service processes while refining our services to another level.

Cut & Curl, in collaboration with Davines Thailand, conducted a staff training session from 5 – 9 August 2024, on the topic “Cut & Curl’s Treatment Services” The training was led by Khun Sawarod Thepraksa, Davines Education Assistant Manager, a Davines product specialist. 104 Cut & Curl staff participated in this training, including hairdressers, assistant hairdressers, and shop managers from 13 salons located in Bangkok and Pattaya. The training covered both theoretical and practical aspects of hair and scalp treatments, including various products and their proper applications. Participants not only had a chance to learn about the products and service procedures but also underwent both theoretical and practical test to ensure their understanding and readiness in providing hair and scalp treatments to our customers. This included consultations, hair and scalp analysis, product recommendations, and service procedures at every step. The evaluation criteria were based on the curriculum standards set by the Davines team together with Cut & Curl’s service standards.
