As with every year, Cut and Curl Co., Ltd. (“Cut & Curl” or “the Company”) organized the Annual Staff Meeting 2024 on 24 January 2024, at the Avani Plus Riverside Hotel, Bangkok. This year’s meeting was held under the theme “Better for Worker Day 2024” as Cut & Curl aims to communicate with our team about our commitment to creating a better working environment, improving quality of life, and well-being through sustainable practices and environmental conservation within our salons, as well as enhancing employee benefits for our staff.

The Annual Staff Meeting 2024 began with a welcome address and a presentation on Cut & Curl’s sustainable development vision by Mr. Pichai Aramcharoen, Managing Director, followed by the announcement of sustainability policies and practices by Cut & Curl sustainability team. Additionally, the Human Resources team announced improvements in employee benefits to all Cut & Curl team members.

All attending staff members enjoyed lunch together, followed by an afternoon lecture on managing stress from work and social media provided by expert psychologists, before engaging in team-building activities through collaborative art creation. The day concluded with a staff party in the evening.
