Cut and Curl Co., Ltd. (“Cut & Curl” or “the Company”) has a policy focused on conducting business and providing services on sustainable principles and prioritizing environmental preservation. The Company recognizes the importance of instilling environmental awareness in our team members and actively participating in problem-solving. Therefore, the Company initiated the Cut & Curl Bangkok Canal Clean Up Day project, where the company joined forces with volunteer team members to collect garbage in various canals in Bangkok.

Following the Cut & Curl Bangkok Canal Clean Up Day 2023 event held last November, where over 21 Cut & Curl team members participated in garbage pickup in Prem Prachakon Canal, we organized the 2nd event, Cut & Curl Bangkok Canal Clean Up Day 2024. This event was organized by our eco-conscious hairdressing team members on the occasion of World Water Day, 22 March 2024.

In this event, a team of over 32 Cut & Curl members, led by Mr. Pichai Aramcharoen, Managing Director, joined with officials from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration’s Environment Department to collect garbage in Ladprao Canal, Bangkok, from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. This event was in line with the company’s policy to support the involvement of stakeholders in our business in various environmental projects. In this instance, Cut & Curl had the opportunity to invite our stakeholders, including our valued customers, the Davines team, the Esthetics International Group team, and the Environman team, to join the garbage pickup along with all Cut & Curl teams. Altogether, we collected over 3,000 kilograms of garbage in Ladprao Canal.

Furthermore, Cut & Curl acknowledges the importance of canal garbage collectors in Bangkok, individuals who work behind the scenes and sacrifice to keep the city clean and beautiful. We sincerely hope to be a source of encouragement for all these officials to have the strength to work and lead good lives.
